HR HAMBURGER
The HR HAMBURGER press is an irreplaceable accessory in the butcher’s shop for quick packaging of hamburgers already wrapped in cellophane. The practical operation is the best value of the HR that with the pressure of the lever compresses the meat, while the return of the same is the opening of the presser and the extraction of the product. Made of anodised aluminium, the HR steak will keep its brilliant silvery colour unchanged over time. The parts in contact with the meat are made of stainless steel.
