350 AUTOMATIC
The automatic slicer Model 350 is made of aluminium alloy treated with anodic oxidation.
The base for the automation of the machine is in inox steel and it is equipped with an intuitive slice counter
The carriage movement is automatic with a fixed speed and variable carriage run.
The machine has a third generation blade as standard for cutting cured meats and cheese; it has also a cutting thickness regulator from 0 to 16, is very sensitive and allows a decimal adjustment.
