The machine is manually operated and can, therefore, also work in places without electricity. The built-in sharpener simplifies the operator’s work while maintaining efficiently the perfect cut of the product. Equipped with a CE-compliant protective ring around the blade, the 250 VO C is robust, durable and reliable.
